Pool Plumbing & Automation Laborer

Description

Primary Role: To provide our customers with a great construction experience by professionally installing pool plumbing, conduit, automation, and completing other project related tasks as needed by Crew Leader.

Secondary Role: Complete other tasks when needed in different sections of the business including other areas of swimming pool installation (pool tile and finishes), softscapes (planting, mulching, etc.), hardscapes (patios, retaining walls, fire features, outdoor kitchens), and other outdoor living elements.

Position Requirements:

  • A willingness to learn, retain, and share knowledge.
  • An eagerness to develop a positive work environment and culture.
  • Effectively communicate, be flexible, set goals, and be accountable.
  • Arrive on time daily, prepared for work, with a positive and ambitious attitude.
  • Be in good physical condition, ability to safely lift and carry 50-80 pounds, ability to kneel for long periods of time, ability to bend up & down.
  • Proficiently read a tape measure down to 1/16”.
  • Set up, understand, and operate a laser transit, or willing to learn.
  • Set up and follow string lines or willing to learn.
  • Knowledge around the use of various power tools.
  • Operate a truck and trailer, or willing to learn.
  • Properly maintain tools and equipment.
  • Valid driver’s license (with Chauffeur or willingness to complete) & have reliable daily transportation.

Position Summary

Position Summary

  • The Senior Landscape Architect/Designer is to provide our customers with a great design and sales experience by professionally preparing creative, high quality drawings and renderings that fit our clients’ needs and budget, as well as draft clear construction documents to translate details of the designs to Signature Outdoor

Crews and Subcontractors for implementation.

  • The Senior Landscape Architect/Designer has an integral involvement in every stage of design, sales, and construction process at Signature Outdoor including but is not limited to: o Rough Survey, Site Layout, Design, Pricing, Take-offs, Customer Sales, Design Presentations,

Construction Documents, and assisting with Jobsite Coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, horticulture, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of residential landscape design experience in a professional environment.
  • Must have proven full process landscape construction knowledge.
  • AutoCAD proficiency.
  • Estimating proficiency.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Strong hand drafting and rendering skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated, able to work in a fast-moving multi-tasking team environment.
